CAMP GEN. ALEJO SANTOS — On the 1st day of Bulacan PNP Simultaneous Anti-Criminality Law Enforcement Operations (SACLEO) that started at midnight of November 25 (Friday), a drug den was dismantled, resulting in the arrest of four drug suspects. In addition, a Most Wanted Person (MWP), eleven wanted felons, seven more drug dealers, and nine individuals involved in illegal gambling were apprehended.
In reports to Col. Relly Arnedo, PD Bulacan PPO stated that on November 25, around 09:50 p.m., the anti-illegal drugs operation by CSJDM PS in Towerville, Sto Cristo, CSJDM resulted in the successful dismantling of a ‘drug-den’ and the arrest of five drug suspects identified as Lucia Somera, Melinda Barcelon, Elma Klien, Julius Ignacio. Eleven sachets of suspected shabu, drug paraphernalia, and marked money were discovered.

Similarly, the arrest of seven drug peddlers identified as Jay Ar Gatdula, Aldwin Jumaquio, Norien Arvie Jumaquio, Rosendo Ponce, Jay-C Mangulabnan, and Rocky Victorino resulted from a series of drug sting operations conducted by the Station Drug Enforcement Units (SDEU) of Bulakan, Paombong, Baliwag, and Calumpit PS. Fourteen sachets of suspected shabu and bust money were seized.
Meanwhile, Eduardo Melchor @Dag, 40, of Cacarong Matanda, Pandi, was arrested by Pandi PS as the Top 2 – MWP Municipal Level of Pandi, Bulacan. Melchor is wanted for Statutory Rape under a warrant issued by RTC BR 79, Malolos City, Bulacan, on November 11, 2022, with no bail recommended.
Moreover, tracker teams from Bulakan, Malolos City, CSJDM, Guiguinto, Calumpit, Meycauayan City, Pulilan, and Sta. Maria, Bustos, and the 1st PMFC led to the arrest of eleven more wanted felons after arrest warrants for various criminal offenses were served.
Further, CSJDM and Norzagaray PS anti-illegal gambling operations resulted in the arrest of eight individuals caught in the act of playing and betting in the card games ‘Pusoy’ and ‘Tong-its.’ Similarly, the 1st PMFC apprehended a person who was collecting bets while posing as a PCSO agent in Sto Niño, Hagonoy, Bulacan. Sets of playing cards, STL papelitos, and bet money in various denominations were recovered during the series of operations.
